Abstract

Education is an inseparable part of life and human life. Since humans want progress in life, the idea arises to transfer, preserve and develop culture through education. If the educational method in the Qur'an is studied and practiced, the educational goals will be achieved properly, one of these methods is the exemplary method, in this method education is not only conveying and understanding lessons to students but directly involved in it. To reveal the methods of Islamic education contained in the Qur'an, the thoughts of M. Quraish Shihab can be explored, which clearly explains the methods of Islamic education, in easy-to-understand languages that make it easier for readers to understand them.
